About the event

Utilizing The Attachment Theory Workbook, this is an experiential class led by two local therapists, Haley Bagnaschi M.A., LMFT and Korey Barboza M.A., AMFT. Armed with effective tools and strategies, you'll discover your personal attachment style and the role it plays in your closest relationships-with your partner, parents, siblings, close friends, or children. With guidance to confront challenges and explore possibilities for real change, this class offers an active approach to build close, healthy, long-lasting relationships.

With The Attachment Theory Workbook you'll learn:

  • Attachment Theory 101-Learn the founding principles of attachment theory and what they mean to you.
  • Your Attachment Style-Understand how your thoughts and feelings about relationships impact anxious, avoidant, and even secure attachment behaviors.
  • How to Heal-Use exercises and questionnaires to foster understanding, intimacy, and stability in your relationships.

Every participant will get a free copy of The Attachment Theory Workbook.
